Account & Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request permanent deletion of your Cokim account and all associated data.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including appointment history, reviews, and preferences, will be permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)
- Appointment and booking history
- Reviews and ratings you have submitted
- Saved preferences and favorite salons
- Payment information (if stored)
- Push notification settings
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records (as required by financial regulations, up to 7 years)
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
How to Delete Your Account
Email Request
Send an email to top1@cokim.de with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as on the account
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
