Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Cokim mobile application ("App") operated by Cokim ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated means to access the App without permission

4. Appointments & Bookings

• The App facilitates appointment bookings with nail salons
• We are not responsible for services provided by individual salons
• Cancellation policies are determined by each salon
• Pricing displayed is set by salon partners and may change

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Cokim and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.) through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The quality of services provided by salon partners
• The accuracy of salon information or pricing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cokim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Delete Account page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
